Glenn Rhodes focuses his practice on intellectual property, particularly in the Health & Life Sciences, Chemical, Clean Technology and Electronics Industries. He also advocates on behalf of clients in a wide range of matters before trial and appellate courts. His experience spans the full-range of litigation experience, from trials before the district courts, practice before federal circuit courts of appeal, and argument before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Rhodes is listed in Euromoney Legal Media Group's 2007 and 2009 guides to The World's Leading Patent Law Experts. He has been recognized in the International Who's Who of Patent Law Experts each year since 2002. From 1996 through 2003, Mr. Rhodes co-authored and edited the Patent Law Handbook (West Publishing). He is also an Assistant Professor of Law at the National Chiao Tung University's Institute of Technology Law in Hsinchu, Taiwan, an Adjunct Professor of Law at National Chengchi University in Taipei, Taiwan, and an Adjunct Professor of Law at Shanghai Jiao Tong University Koguan Law School in Shanghai, China.
